We use An Post postal service and ship from Ireland. We ship worldwide and get your orders shipped asap. We'll let you know when the order has been fulfilled and shipped. 

We don't really accept returns but if you really are not happy with your purchase then please return it to : Britney's Tears, Esker, Athenry, Galway, H 65 AX 71, Ireland. We will refund the product price only (shipping will not be returned) and you must also pay for the return shipping.
